DESCRIPTION
The grapes for this wine come from two certified organic vineyards within the Willamette Valley. The wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for 8 months in neutral French oak.
It is structured, light-plus-bodied, and dry with bright acidity, and a light spritz. Pear, apple, melon, white pepper, lemon zest and stone with savory undertones slide across the palate.
