Bel Soula Fitou Red 2019

Balanced, supple and elegant, with floral aromatics and delicate tannins, from the wind-battered hills of the Hautes-Corbieres. A lighter winter red well suited to the heartier dishes we start to pull from the oven at this time of year.

Red wine, taut, on the freshness, nice balance of tannins, wild red fruit notes.

Food and wine pairing : Roast chicken, stuffed with morels. Leg of lamb with herbs from the garrigue.
