DESCRIPTION
The color is saturated and a vibrantly dark garnet. Baking spice and graham cracker, anise, violet and citrus peel notes are distinct on the nose while flavors of dark chocolate and tobacco are wrapped up in the plush tannins and resolve in an earthy, long finish with plum and tobacco notes. Great structure and texture are hallmarks from this site, and the 2017 really delivers. As always, the Cemetery is hauntingly remarkable. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
