DESCRIPTION
There is weight to this wine. A sense of earth and forest floor, yet an airiness that hints of salinity and ocean breeze. It is dense and brooding with layers of cocoa and roasted plums, and firm tannins to keep it all contained.
Features warm cassis, sautéed herbs, mulberries and boysenberries with touches of garrigue, lavender and cedar. The palate is medium to full-bodied, firm and chewy with lively black fruit and an herbal lift to the finish.
