Lightly sweetened and texturally balanced with Grade A maple syrup sourced from Bascom Maple Farms
Aged for 1 year in French oak barrels previously used to mature California Cabernet Sauvignon
Eligible for programs with Wine & Beer Licenses
45% ABV Aged in ex to Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels sourced from wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valley, and released in limited quantities once per year, use these specialty bitters as you would any other aromatic bitter, noting the affinity to pair with and echo baking spice notes in cocktails featuring barrel-aged spirits
