Quintessentially Australian in its rich colour and powerful nose. The lifted, seductive fruit stays in the sweet red fruit spectrum but it's really concentrated and deep, with eucalypt, pepper, and a vanillin 'old school' charm.
These aromatics pass through on the palate & complement the soft supple tannins. A bit of raspberry jam with intensely ripe berries. This is a very luscious, rich and perfect example of classic Eden Valley Shiraz.
