Barone Cornacchia Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Vigna le Coste 2015

A fine and food-friendly Montepulciano D'Abruzzo of 'reserve' level from an organic single vineyard. Classic dark plum and chocolate characters remain elegant and focused, with a fine structure and long finish that aches for food. 

Aromas of sour cherry, raisin, herb and a hint of scorched earth lead the nose. On the straightforward rather lean palate, ground pepper accents dried cranberry and pomegranate alongside lithe tannins.
