• Nebbiolo harvested from 7 vineyard sites across 3 communes: Barolo (Terlo, Liste, and until 2024 vintage Paiagallo), Monforte (Ravera di Monforte and Mosconi), and Serralunga (Gabutti and Baudana) for a total of approximately 3 hectares • Clay marl soil with Sant’Agata limestone • South and southeast facing vines • Average of 340 meters in elevation • Fermented and macerated on the skins for 2 weeks • Aged in lightly toasted French oak (1/3 new, 1/3 second use, 1/3 three+ uses) for 24 months before aging an additional year in bottle • 4,500 bottles produced annually
