• 100% Nebbiolo harvested from the 2.38 hectare San Giuseppe vineyard in the central part of Bricco Boschis • Traditional fermentation with indigenous yeasts, semi-submerged cap with punchdowns and pumpovers over 20-35 days • Calcareous clay soils • Aged in large Slavonian oak casks of different capacity for 48-60 months • Aged in bottle for a minimum of 12 months before release • 1200 6-pack cases produced annually on average
