• 100% Nebbiolo grown at 430 meters above sea level in east-facing soils of Marne di Sant’Agata • Vines planted in 1999, 2002, 2004, and 2005 • Fruit harvested by hand between the third and fourth week of October • Harvested by hand, normally after the 10th of October • Submerged-cap maceration (10-12 days on avg) in stainless steel rotary fermenter • Indigenous yeast fermentation (20-30 days on avg) in stainless steel • Aged 20 months in large French oak cask and 3 months stainless steel, plus 14-16 months in bottle • Approximately 700 cases produced
