• 100% Nebbiolo grown at 430 meters above sea level in east-facing soils of Marne di Sant’Agata • Fruit harvested by hand between the third and fourth week of October • Maceration over 12 days, followed by a 20-30 day fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeast • Aged in a combination of French barrique, large cask and stainless steel for two years prior to bottling.
