• Nebbiolo from the top performing plots of 8 single vineyards in the village of Castiglione Falletto (Rocche Moriondino, Vignolo and Pernanno vineyards), Barolo (Albarella, Terlo and Vignane vineyards) and Serralunga d’Alba (San Bernardo and Cerretta vineyard) • Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel and oak cask with indigenous yeasts followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels • Aged 20 months in large French casks  • 3 months in stainless steel and 14-16 months in bottle prior to release • Approximately 3000 cases produced annually
