• Nebbiolo from the Giachini vineyard planted in 1995 • Vines are in located in the Annunziata subzone of Giachini, measuring 0.5 ha • Vineyard is southeast-facing at 270 meters above sea level with a 50% slope gradient • 55% silt, 25% clay and 20% sand • Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 6-8 days maceration in roto-fermenter and 10-15 days completion of fermentation in stainless steel • Malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques • Aged in French oak barriques (40% new and 60% used) for 24 months, followed by 12 months between steel and bottle • 165 cases produced annually
