It is clear, bright and brilliant, ruby red color. Flavor of ripe red cherry, strawberry, wood, rosemary, green herbs, spices and a touch of forest floor. Very soft and fruity on the palate. Many shades: cherry red, strawberry, cherry, forest wood, herbs, wood and anise. Very fine complexity and a medium salty taste. Fresh and dry elongated finish with notes of anise, dark cherry, wood.
