The fruit for CP Barbera Piemonte is sourced from the younger Barbera vines in Castagnole and Costigliole Maceration with the skins in roto-fermentors Aged primarily in steel with a small portion (20%) aged in used barriques.
It is an ideal match for appetizers, rice, home-made pasta (especially agnolotti) and every variety of meat.
