Citrus colour. Exuberant, fresh and elegant nose, where white and yellow fruit emerge, combined with a well-integrated smooth toast. Creamy palate and good depth sustained by the fine and firm acidity that lingers from the beginning to the end.

Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with seafood, limpets, grilled or marinated fish.
