Barbaresco 'Cole', Moccagatta 2019

Barbaresco Cole by Moccagatta is an elegant and fine red wine, produced with selected Nebbiolo grapes. Cole recalls the name of the hill where the vineyard is situated, in Barbaresco municipality.  It has a bright and intense ruby red color and its bouquet is ample, balsamic and intense, with fruity hints of small ripe red fruits and floral notes of violet.

The mouth it is rich, enveloping and persistent, with a great structure. Recommended with red meat such as roasts and braised dishes, stuffed pasta and medium aged cheese.
