It is a classic accompaniment for desserts of dark chocolate, but also perfect with blue cheeses (Fourme d'Ambert, Bleu d'Auvergne, Roquefort , Gorgonzola or the King of British cheeses “ a good Stilton). This is an ageing process based on oxidation, which seals the characteristic of each vintage. ˜Reserva' is a traditional Banyuls.
