Intense ruby red. The complex bouquet consists initially of aromas of mixed berries and spices followed by balsamic hints and reminiscences of ripe cherries. Robust, warm and decisive on the palate, the finish is persistent and slightly sapid.
Pairs with meat and game bird dishes. Excellent with roast goose with sweet and sour bell peppers.
