Ayala Brut Majeur is the result of the blending of a particular harvest with quality reserve wines. A˜ being the capital of Pinot Noir (40%), this noble grape is always central thus ensuring the vinosity, the fullness and the intensity of the wine. Chardonnay (40%)gives elegance, liveliness and finesse, and Pinot Meunier (20%) adds a delicate fresh and fruity note.
Balanced, combining freshness and vinosity. Precise, fruity and characterised by a long finish.Pale gold in color with a fine mousse, the wine is aromatic on the nose.
