Axr Sauvignon Blanc 2019

This pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from AXR opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit and gooseberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well-balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty yellow grapefruit and white peach blend with notes of nicely integrated minerality and saline.

I also detected hints of lemongrass and white pepper. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with grilled swordfish.
