Aviary Chardonnay California 2017

Gold color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla, tonka bean, and butterscotch with a velvety, soft, fruity medium body and a smooth, breezy finish with accents of sugarcane and orange dreamsicle with heavy oak flavor. A huge vanilla bomb of a chardonnay.

This wine is tremendously oaky, showing aromas like sawdust and toasted bread, flavors like butterscotch and vanilla and a buttery texture. It's an extreme example of the varietal.
