• Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Rkatsiteli (an indigenous grape from Georgia), Chenin Blanc & Timorasso • The vineyards are situated on a mixture of red clay and loam that provides great natural drainage • Hand harvested • Each varietal is vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and blended as soon as fermentation is complete • The final blend sits on its fine lees and is stirred periodically for 4 months
