This wine is rich in colour and aromas! The vines that make it are grown in volcanic and schist soils. Environmentally-friendly methods are used on the vineyard following the principles of regenerative agriculture.
The grapes are harvested in small cases in order to protect their quality. This cuvée is vinified in whole bunches in order to obtain a complex and delicate wine, using as few additives as possible.
