Organic Cultivation is applied to all our vineyards since 1999! Cold soak applied for 72 hours in 12c. Fermentation with controlled temperature (max 29c). Matured in old oak for 12 months (50%) American and (50%) French.
Pale red, super fragrant with wild strawberry & sasparilla notes, this has the lightest of holds, like a gentle, affectionate hug, a nice acidity, some bitter herbs, and a really juicy, sweetly-fruited core & end, & a thin shaving of grainy oak.
