DESCRIPTION
This 100% Poulsard old vines, is a light bodied wine, showing a real sensitivity. Strong aromas of crushed strawberries on the nose, spices and earthy notes. It's delicate and charming at the same time. The palate is fresh, with crunchy red fruits and an interesting concentration of tannins from the old vines.
This vintage goes perfectly with smoked charcuterie, Morteau sausage in foil with shallots, pike quenelle or even eggs in a cocotte.
