This alluring, intensely aromatic Greek blend of Malagousia, Assyrtiko and Roditis is beautifully layered, showing white flowers on the nose and bright pomelo and sweet nectarine fruit on the palate. Both fresh and mouth-filling, this wine spent 4 months aging on its lees in a combination of stainless steel, cement tanks and clay amphora, with no added sulfites.
A gorgeously refreshing white from northern Greece, combining the aromatic, nectarine-scented fruit of the Greek indigenous Malagouzia grape, with the wonderful crisp mineral character of the Assyrtiko grape made famous by Santorini.
