Abundant aromas start with plum, raspberry, strawberry, and quince underscored by hints of thyme, spearmint, mild peppermint, and field herbs such as jarilla. Aromas of sourdough, yeast, and mineral also come through, and the impact of wood is evident in appealing notes of chocolate and dulce de leche.
ONE La Dolores will surprise you with its violet color and deep blue and black tones. On the nose, you can captivated by the aromas of exotic black fruits, leather, caramel, menthol, cloves, dried figs, aniseed, cinnamon, vanilla and mocha. It has an excellent balance between fruit and wood. On the palate it is silky, with good structure and volume and firm, silky tannins. Very persistent with a long finish. This exceptional wine will seduce you from start to finish. It has great aging potential.
