The citrus theme continues on the palate, with lemon zest, lime, tangerine, and honeydew melon blending from the approach to mid-palate. The finish is tangy but satisfying with a lavish mouth feel. The Finger Lakes region of New York is ideal for the production of Riesling, a variety accustomed to the cool climate thanks to its German origins.
