The nose reveals a complex wine that can give even more complexity over the years: the sensations of violet and red fruit such as prunes in alcohol and wild berry jam form the olfactory background with notes of tobacco and cocoa , nuances boisée and aromatic essences, hints of leather and vanilla .

In the mouth , Angraris reveals a surprising balance between the freshness and the glyceric content, between the alcohol content and the fine minerality : the sip flows but it almost seems like it can be chewed , the tannins graciously lap and contribute to the persistence of the aromas in the mouth.
