A liter of utterly drinkable red from Tuscany, but made with grapes more often seen in southern France. 80% Alicante Nero (aka Grenache) and 20% Carignano (Carignan) farmed biodynamically.
A small percentage is done with carbonic maceration and the rest with a traditional crush. Aged for 6-7 months in cement. Native yeasts and no fining.
