Hey! is a white wine made from 60% Macabeu and 40% Xarel-lo that has had some skin contact. The grapes grow on a soil of Limestone, calcareous clay & sand in the old drainage area outside Vilafranca de Penedès.
Lightly oxidative, fruity scent of stone fruit, flowers, chalk, grape, orange peel and sun-ripened lemon. The wine has a fresh and slightly zesty texture with fine acidity and a fresh finish. Natural wine from Dryckesbutiken.
