DESCRIPTION
A fresh, floral bouquet with notes of acacia flowers, this dry white wine is well-balanced with lively white fruit flavors. Harvested from Italy’s premier regions for the cultivation of Pinot Grigio, the grapes are vinified in stainless steel and released soon after the vintage to preserve the integrity of the fruit and maintain the naturally fresh character of the variety. Alverdi Pinot Grigio is an excellent aperitif.

100% Pinot Grigio
Vineyards:
Cultivated from Italy’s premier sites for the varietal. In early September, the grapes are harvested by machine to expedite the process and ensure the freshest fruit reaches the cellar.
Winemaking:
Vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve the integrity of the fruit and maintain the naturally fresh characteristics of the varietal. The process takes 10-12 days at a controlled low temperature of 15-17°C. The wine is filtered and fined prior to bottling and released soon after completing vinification.
