A complantation of Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and, Pinot Blanc. Spicey, earthy and savoury with citrus oils & roasted nuts on the nose.
The palate has a wonderful texture and zip. Mapple and citrus playing with an excellent line of acid and little hints of all of the elements from the nose.
