Touch of the nose: dark, vinous but extrovert mental colours: blood red, brick.
Touch of the palate: we find the lively, oval mouthfeel and the important volume: the horizontal limestone tension and the warm, volcanic thickness, with this year an additional generosity.
The wine enters the mouth by tightening up, tannic and tight, traditionally "Burlenberg", then opens up and widens on the pleasure of black fruits, ham. A very large bottle of rare and... desirable.
