DESCRIPTION
A great Alsatian white wine from the "Engelgarten" vineyard, the result of the cross-planting of five grape varieties. On the nose, it presents aromas of cooked orange peel and pears, underlined by fine mineral notes.
On the palate, a touch of exoticism and the taste impression of warmth characteristic of gravel soils and soft notes of white fruits. The long finish reveals the typical mineral structure and a generous enamel. An opulent, very balanced and dense white wine.
