A field blend of all the traditional grape varieties of Alsace. This wine comes from the Burg Terroir whose geology (mixed Keuper marls with rare calcareous intercalations) and full southern exposure produce a rich, complex and multi-faceted wine.
A hint of sweetness is fully wrapped up in the wines richness and satiny body.
