From Marcel Deiss’ biodynamically farmed vineyards, this is a co-fermented field blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat à petits grains , Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Beurot, Muscat Blanc, Rose d’Alsace, Traminer, plus others.

This was native fermented in foudre, where it rested for one year on lees. There are no inputs, including sulphur.
