A bright and lively red with tile dried berry with some chocolate. Medium body. Fruity finish.
Intense and inviting ruby red.
On the nose the known characteristics of cherry and pepper are enhanced in this fresh type of Valpolicella, followed by subtle notes of officinal herbs.
On the palate, it is dry and balanced. The traditional acid vein finds in the softness of the fruit the right contrast, giving the wine a slender and gritty profile.
Pairs perfectly with roasted meats, particularly guinea fowl, pork, goat, and lamb. Delicious with mushroom-based dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
