This has such a pure, direct nose of citrus rind, waxy melon, fresh honeycomb, white peach, herbal tea and a touch of Anjou pear. The palate is like a laser of precision, delivering a seam of acidity and the sharp tang of just-ripe citrus and orchard fruit tones.
It's superbly pithy on the palate, providing a texture that's impossible to ignore. The finish offers more orange-ginger and rooibos tea tones to complement the fruity mélange, with medium intensity and length.
