It is an off-dry Lambrusco with a ruby color. It is obtained from Malbo Gentile, Salamino e Ancellotta grapes, which give it vegetal and jam scents together with a unique softness and richness of taste. Its fruitiness, acidity and flavor are harmoniously balanced and make this wine pleasant, special, and never overly sweet.
Dolce Fiore is really enjoyable both with mature and tasty cheese, with cakes, and chocolate.
