This wine opened perfectly with a deep cherry red color and a lifted nose of red and dark cherries, crushed redcurrants, white flowers, thyme and lavender. The palate is rich and full with terrific grip and length that persists in the mouth for ages.

The balance between the scented fruit and the herb and mineral characters defines the overall structure of the wine and provides a fine savory finish.
