In the nose a bright fruit, ripe gooseberry, white currants, plus a little fennel, also more neutral notes of melon and apple sound, which is very stimulating. On the palate, it starts with a rather mild texture, fine spice, soft and with a slight melt, the fruit initially covered again, more peach, before louder nuances take hold, towards the finish there is also the acidity with a clear, delicate grapefruit touch in reverberation.
