Rare Avis AlbarinIt comes from old vineyards between 70 and 90 years old planted on clay-calcareous soils. Respectful agriculture is practiced to maintain the natural balance of the terroir and when the grapes reach their optimum ripeness they are harvested manually.
Rara Avis Albarín 2013 is a white wine profiled with aromas of ripe white fruit, notes of scrubland and mineral touches. On the palate it is tasty, crunchy and very refreshing. It shows a bright acidity and a tasty fruity taste.
