Alain Mathias Chablis 2019

Pale straw with a rich stone fruit and floral nose. On the palate ripe white flesh fruit flavors with citrus tones. Fresh lingering finish with a slightly tart crisp ending. 

This Burgundy Chablis wine would be a match made in heaven with these dishes - Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish, Mild and soft cheese.
