A bright yellow color appears in the glass. A fruity play of citrus notes develops on the nose, especially orange and pomelo. Earthy, mineral tones and light spice notes are somewhat more subtle. In the mouth, the Assyrtiko is elegant with a lot of enamel. The dry white wine shows lively acidity and medium body with low alcohol. The aftertaste is long and fine. The combination of forces that arose from the slow ripening of the grapes at high altitude is impressive. Great food companion for everything the sea knows.
