• Agricole-style single estate sugarcane spirit produced by the historic Pacheco family in Uruapan, Michoacán • D.O., single estate-grown sugarcane cultivated over 4,000 feet above sea level • Distilled from 100% sugarcane juice pressed by a water-powered mill • Open-air fermented at least 10 days • Distilled twice in 1,000-liter, wood-fired, copper pot stills • Earthy and mineralic with flavors of papaya, banana, and freshly cut grass • 46.5% ABV This 100% freshly pressed sugarcane spirit is most evocative of a vegetal, umami-rich, agricole-style rum and can add an incredibly unique and slightly smokey twist to your next cocktail!
