• 100% Aglianico • 15-50-year-old vines sourced from six vineyards • Sourced from mid-range slopes between 480-520m elevation • Harvested slightly later than the Rosso del Vulcano, into the second half of October • 10 days of maceration-fermentation in stainless steel • Aging in used French oak barriques for 12 months in an underground cellar carved from the tuff soil • Practicing biodynamic • Approximately 1650 cases produced annually
