After a rounder vintage in 2018, the 2019 Bursin Riesling Dirstelberg is back to the style of ’16 and ’17. The color is bright straw, and the nose is expressive, with aromas of white flowers, light peach, and minerals.
On the palate, there is still a richness typical of this vineyard, but the bright, saline finish brings a beautiful balance to the wine.
