Fleshy and rich-tasting, with plenty of dark plum and dark cherry flavors that are loaded with Asian spice accents. Dark chocolate notes midpalate lead to a long, creamy finish that show hints of slate and pepper.
This wine is an easy match for roasted meats such as lamb. Duck sausage is also a natural for this Pinot Noir.
